Hilgraeve, Inc. and Cerner Form Alliance to Provide Secure Internet Connectivity for Cerner Clients

Monroe, Mich., April 24, 2002 - Hilgraeve, Inc., a long-time leader in data communications software, announced today it has formed an alliance with Cerner Corporation. This relationship will provide Hilgraeves secure Internet delivery service, called HyperSend, to the multiple practice management systems that serve Cerners client, Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. HyperSend will provide a secure and trusted path between the data coming from the various practice management systems and Beth Israels database, hosted by Cerner.

Hilgraeve will aggregate data coming from the multiple physician management systems in secure, separate databases, so there will be no co-mingling of patient information. In a second phase of the project, Hilgraeves HyperSend will also be used to securely deliver lab reports from Cerners HNA Millennium ePathLink system to the individual physicians served by the multiple practice management systems.
